This paper analysis and reviews the construction projects in Libya. In Libya, often face challenges due to lack of proper information data cost-estimation methods. The primary goal this is demonstrate estimation costs using various An optimization strategy based on a well-known robust algorithm Fuzzy AHP technique used estimate best roof structure choice cost rank among one or two-way flat slab, post-tension pre-tension waffle hollow core slab. roofs were created employing five main factors that implemented real-world situation Libyan building industry. materials, labor, machinery, transportation, trash site all considered. Research findings show models can assist decision-makers determining selection. When range methods are applied compared guarantee option. research study must be taken seriously when estimating managing contract length highway early stages project development so time difference at end kept minimum by choosing with lowest cost.
